These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ViralUFOs (the “Service”). By creating an account, posting content, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information, to keep it current, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or knowingly false content;
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Upload malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the Service;
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data without written permission;
• Use the Service to spam or distribute unsolicited promotions.

We encourage rigorous, good-faith discussion of UFO and UAP topics. Skepticism and belief are both welcome; abuse is not.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (comments, media, tips). By submitting it, you grant ViralUFOs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and adapt that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting it.

Comments may be screened by automated systems and human reviewers. We may remove, edit, or refuse any content, and suspend or terminate accounts, at our discretion and without notice, particularly where content violates these Terms.

The Service, including its text, design, graphics, logos, and software (excluding user content), is owned by ViralUFOs or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. To report copyright infringement, contact us with the details required under the DMCA.

The Service links to third-party websites, including our affiliated UAP tracker, Sighted. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Your use of Sighted is governed by Sighted’s own terms and privacy policy.

The Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate or complete. See our separate Disclaimer regarding the nature of UFO/UAP reporting.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralUFOs and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ViralUFOs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
