Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ViralUFOs (the “Service”). By creating an account, placing an order, sending us content, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. To buy from the shop you must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian’s permission. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information, to keep it current, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or knowingly false content;
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Upload malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the Service;
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data without written permission;
• Use the Service to spam or distribute unsolicited promotions.

We encourage rigorous, good-faith discussion of UFO and UAP topics. Skepticism and belief are both welcome; abuse is not.

You keep ownership of what you send us: contact messages, bug reports and screenshots, answers to our “how did you find us” question, and comments or other posts if we open community features. You grant ViralUFOs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce and adapt that content to operate, improve and promote the Service. You confirm you have the rights to grant this license.

Sighting reports and tips are submitted on our sister platform, Sighted, under its own terms. You are responsible for your content and the consequences of sending it.

Where the Service shows content from users, it may be screened by automated systems and human reviewers before or after it appears. We may remove, edit or refuse any content, and suspend or terminate accounts, at our discretion, particularly where content or conduct violates these Terms.

The Service, including its text, design, graphics, logos, and software (excluding user content), is owned by ViralUFOs or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. To report copyright infringement, contact us with the details required under the DMCA.

The Service links to third-party websites, including our affiliated UAP tracker, Sighted. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Your use of Sighted is governed by Sighted’s own terms and privacy policy.

The ViralUFOs name, logo and Field Gear designs are our trademarks or trade dress. Other names and marks mentioned on the Service belong to their owners and are used for identification, reporting or commentary.

These shop terms apply when you buy from /shop. Our products are printed on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful, and payments are processed by Stripe. By placing an order you also agree to our Shipping & Returns policy.

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Shipping and any sales tax we’re required to collect are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders shipped outside the United States may also owe import duties or taxes charged by the destination country; those are the recipient’s responsibility.

Coupon codes (such as FIRSTCONTACT) are subject to the conditions shown with them, like a minimum order or one use per customer. They have no cash value, can’t be combined unless we say so, and may be withdrawn at any time. If a price or coupon is shown in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment succeeds and we send your order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example for suspected fraud, a pricing error or an item we can’t produce, and we’ll refund anything you paid.

Each item is made to order and goes into production soon after payment. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us right away. We can only cancel orders that haven’t entered production yet.

Shipping options, delivery estimates, returns and refunds are explained on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Because products are made to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind or wrong size, but we will reprint or refund items that arrive misprinted, damaged, defective or wrong, as described there.

Product photos are digital mockups. Colors, print placement and size can vary slightly from what you see on screen, because of your display and the print-on-demand process. We describe products as accurately as we can, but small variations are not defects.

The designs, artwork, slogans and the ViralUFOs name and logo on our merchandise belong to ViralUFOs or its licensors. Buying a product gives you the product, not the right to copy, resell or reproduce its design.

Some of our merch is humor, parody or satire. Any reference to a real agency, program, person or organization is commentary or a joke, not a claim of affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement, and no official document is being reproduced.

The Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate or complete. See our separate Disclaimer regarding the nature of UFO/UAP reporting.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralUFOs and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ViralUFOs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ViralUFOs is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may revise these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions? Reach us via our contact page.
